ErgoPouch sleepsuit and bag in one soft, organic bundle!
The Aussie ErgoPouch is made from organic bamboo and cotton. It’s soft and cosy and as soon as I’d opened it Luther was wrapping his head up in it and enjoying the sensation of the material.
It’s a sleep suit and bag in one, with zips that transform it from pouch to having individual leg compartments. The feet have grippy pads to stop tiny walkers slipping over in their cots when stood up.
We have got the short sleeved, light weight tog for summer. The mint, cross pattern fabric is fresh, unisex and very soft. It comes with a room thermometer to check you’re dressing your little one correctly. The sleeves are super as it stops the arm getting too cold and keeps the suit nicely in place on the body. For winter there are long sleeved versions, with a heavier weight fabric and higher tog.
There are stretchy panels down the side of the pouch to allow give but keep the garment fitting nice and snug. The split legs mean your little one can wear the ErgoPouch in their pushchair or car seat so if they are asleep on the move or they’ve fallen asleep and you need to get out this is going to mean you don’t need to undress them to get moving!
The ErgoPouch has washed really well and remained soft and lovely. Luther’s not totally convinced at having his feet covered up, as he’s not been in a sleeping bag before…it’s a struggle to keep socks on him! I’m going to give the pouch to another mum whose little boy sleeps in them already and I’ll add her feedback once I have it.
I love the company branding with the cosy little kangaroo in a pouch. The brand is one you’d remain faithful to i’m sure. Their sleepsuits go up to an age 4 which is unusual, and I’ve heard mums saying they need bigger sized ones than 24 months.
Here’s a little video to show you the product in action.
